Dr. Kevin Baird
Dr. Baird was saved at age 18 and just a few months later received the call of God to the ministry.  From that early age he was holding revival meetings, speaking on college campuses and eventually became a Senior Pastor at age 24.  He was pastor in a denomination until 1989, when after being baptized with the Holy Spirit, he was hired by a large, independent Spirit-filled church to begin a Full-Gospel Bible College.  The Bible College started with seven students and in 8 years had grown into several hundred students with extension campuses across the southeastern United States.  

Pastor Baird has been well educated having a Bachelors Degree in Philosophy, a Masters of Divinity (M. Div.) in Historical Theology and a Doctor of Ministry (D. Min.) in Applied Church History.  He has been a conference speaker, college professor, and international prophetic voice to this generation.  He along with his wife Tracie, founded Legacy Church in 2002, an interdenominational, Spirit-empowered, local church in the Charleston, South Carolina area.   

Tracie Baird
Tracie Baird is no stranger to ministry having grown up as a Minister of Music’s daughter, singing in various gospel groups from an early age, and becoming a pastor’s wife by the time she was 21.  She married Kevin at 19 and for over 30 years has been intricately involved with him in ministry, both as a pastor’s wife as well as an ordained minister.  

Tracie has both an Associates Degree in Biblical Studies as well as a Bachelors of Theology.  She is co-founder of Legacy Church and currently serves as the Pastor of the Women of P.O.W.E.R.

Tracie is known for her humorous and transparent way of teaching God’s Word.  She has been a speaker at revivals, conferences and ladies’ events both nationally and internationally.  There is a prophetic anointing on her life and she is known for moving in the prophetic office.  

The Bairds enjoy spending time with their children, Clayton and his wife, Bethany; Tyler and Kalyn.
